Mia Jasper, co-founded Scher Jasper, PLLC in June of 2005. Mia is a graduate of San Jose State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a concentration in accounting. She practiced with Arthur Andersen for several years following graduation. In 1990 she joined the tax department of Johns Manville, a Fortune 500 Berkshire Hathaway company. After taking time to have a family, Mia joined the staff of a Boulder-based CPA firm where she provided tax, accounting, and business consulting services to small business clients and individuals.

Mia’s focus is on the accounting, payroll, tax planning, and compliance for closely held businesses and individuals. In addition to serving clients, she manages the operations of the firm.
